Almost a decade ago, our  founder walked into a Dealership to purchase parts to repair a vehicle. He noticed a waiting area for the Service Department was full of waiting customers. Seeing all of these people waiting reminded him of a Doctor’s office.

“Do all of these people really need to be here? Can any of these repairs be performed without their car on a hoist?”
