When booking an appointment, please review and agree to the following:
VEHICLE LOCATION
Your Vehicle must be parked on a relatively flat surface, ( a slight slope is OK) for our Mobile Technicians to perform their work.
We require 3 ft (1m) clearance around the perimeter of your vehicle.
We must be able to park our service vehicle within 15 ft (4.5m) of the vehicle that is being serviced.
WORK LOCATION
All requested work is to be performed on your own personal property. If you reside in a Townhouse, Apartment or Condominium, it is the customer’s responsibility to obtain permission from their Strata or Property Management to ensure that vehicle maintenance and repair is permitted.
If you are requesting our services at your work location, then you will be required to obtain permission from the associated Strata or Property Management to ensure that vehicle maintenance as repair is permitted.
We do not repair vehicles that are parked on city or municipal property. We do not perform work on city streets, back alleys or parking lots, unless permission has been previously granted.
WHEEL LOCKS
If your vehicle is equipped with wheel locks, please have the lock key available to the Mobile Technician upon time of their arrival.
CANCELLATIONS
We require 24 hours notice to cancel or rebook your appointment.
Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a penalty charge of $100.00
To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least [24 hours] prior to your appointment.

WORKING CONDITIONS
The work area must be clear of debris, ice and/snow.
In the interest of safety and at the discretion of the Mobile Technician, appointments may be rescheduled due to severe weather or inappropriate working conditions.
PAYMENTS
Payments for the vehicle services are collected once the requested repairs or maintenance is completed.
ESTIMATES AND QUOTES
Customers may request to have a written estimate prior to the Mobile Technician performing the repairs. In the event where the Technician finds other components that require replacing (ie. seized brake caliper) the Technician will inform the customer and quote the customer for the price of the additional work
PREVIOUS DAMAGE
In the event where our Mobile Technicians notice previous damage to the vehicle (ie. broken or damaged wheel studs), they will inform the customer and quote the repair as required.
We are not responsible to any previous damage to the vehicle.
